Lennox Lewis was VERY BORING to watch

Lewis isn't even british so I don't know why this is in the British forum
He is very proud of his Jamaican heritage and has visited/lived there on and off his whole life, he left london at a very young age.. learned to box as a kid in Canada, represented Canada at the Olympics.. has lived in the USA... has the weirdest most annoying Canadian/American/Jamaican/British accent. Lets be honest he just Milked the being british thing to earn him as much ££££ as possible

Anyhow yes he was very boring to watch
There where a lot of his fights where he could have turned it up and got a guy out of there. I remember the Tyson fight when Stewart had to swear at him to get Lewis to throw a right hand that Tyson was basically waiting for. He would have been fine throwing that long jab of his. There were lots of his fights were he outboxed his opponents, broke them down to the point where they were a blatant KO waiting to happen.....and then sat behind his jab for the last few rounds and refused to finish them off when he easily could have.

Everyone knew how explosive he cpuld be so it was really frustrating when he passed on easy opportunities to blast people away.

His most exciting fight was against Vitali, and that's because he was getting his ass kicked up and down the ring for 6 rounds.

He was also Bi***ual if you didn't know. :deal :hi:

Lewis was where he choose his citizenship.


Just like Derek Chisora is British.. just like Audley Harrison is still British.


Lewis was only really in Canada from 10-20 the rest of his life he was in UK.


So he's just one of those many British that live in America or wherever he lives now.
