lennox lewis: worst broadcaster ever....your thoughts

he does have a british accent, but i can understand what he says.

truth be told, i like lennox's style. it's unintentionally funny, and i sometimes laugh at some of the random **** he says.

 

To be honest Lennox is not the best, but part of the problem is Max sets him up to answer or comment on his crazy suggestions/questions. I liked the way Lennox shut Max up during the Martinez-Cintron fight about having a timeout for video replays during the middle of the round. If he can continue doing that he can become an ATG commentator. Also Bob Papa is pretty bad, he looks like some B movie actor.

 

I have noticed that Lewis will change his tune whenever someone disagrees with him. He is there to collect an easy pay check.

 

I agree. The guy has an irritating voice and never says jack **** worth while.

I like lewis as a commentator, i think he puts a good boxers perspective in the show

Personally I think Lewis doesn't give the audience anything in terms of boxing insight. He just sits there real quiet for lengths and only opens his mouth when he's asked something by other commentators. And guess what he has for an answer? "Definitely!"

 

I wouldn't mind having his views as an analyst before and after a bout.
He's not a great talker though and he detracts from my enjoyment of a fight.

Well in any case I don't have clue what your problem is with his way of speaking because I can understand the guy just fine.

 

he doesnt make mistakes, he just states the obvious all the time.

hes a good guy though, and an a dignified dude, Hes **** at commentating, but hes a yes man that LAmps and Merhcant want.

I think Roy Jones was a terrific guy behind the mic
