I dont think Lewis has the footwork to neutralize Ali, infact footwork was Lewis's biggest flaw aside from his chin. Ali would not fight Lewis from the centre, he would draw Lewis foward a little, then reset him with his angles, and Lewis is not quick enough, nor does he have the footwork and snappy jab, to do pin Ali down imo.

 

To the guy that said Lennox wouldn't hold a title, come on man. Lennox would blow Norton out, stop Frazier and has a very good chanca against Ali and Foreman.

 

I would take Lewis to win a UD/SD/MD or late TKO.

I think Lewis could get the better of Ali from the inside/outside and land something big.

If Doug Jones could box w/ Ali then LL could, too.

If Henry Cooper could knock Ali down the LL could, too.

That's not a given. Lewis got blasted out by ****ing McCall and Rahman, mediocre inside punchers. Frazier's skillset is much better than both of these men and his power is comparable. I'm not saying Lewis doesn't have a chance, but I easily favor Smokin' Joe.
