I heard he's still keeping himself in shape.. He'll probably never return to the ring but if he did, can he take over?

I honestly didn't appreciate him enough when he was around, but dammn, i do miss him now..

Lewis was a damm great fighter.

He should fight Kimbo, Kimbo said boxing is easy and all you have to do is bob and weave.

Lewis will be in shape for any normal 280lb man, but its never going to be the kinda shape he was used to perfoming at with any kind of dignity......

Lennox was a proper Heavyweight Champion.

Not like these quaisi-Russian belt holders running around now calling themselves the champ.

Lennox is not in fighting shape anymore. Maybe he could still get there, but right now he's not.
If Lennox did come back, I'd probably make him at least even money to beat anyone currently active.

i dont think lewis could win now. wlad is too big and too good. lewis would quickly find that it isn't the same punching down as it is punching up, especially at his age. in his prime i give him a substantial edge but not a lock.

  10. Lennox has gotten steadilly bigger for years now

  11. I wouldn't give any version of Wlad a chance against Lennox

If he trains like a demon (a la Holyfield), i don't doubt he could pick up a belt against a Valuev. But at this point, i don't see him getting past the Klitschko's because he's simply too old.

Lewis was one of my all time favorite. I'm sure he could give Waldo a very long night, maybe even a short one:yep. Some great fighters like him are only respected once the're gone...its sad.

both guys were beaten in similar manner so in a fight where they are both the biggest guy either has faced, i dont think it is a lock.
