 They were just a few fighters that came to mind, all the ATG's you named I would favor over Wlad. I think the heavy hitters of the past would have a field day on Wlads weak chin and would really test his mental toughness.

All of them. And I am dead serious.

From a power perspective, Wlad is near the top.

From a punch arsenal in both hands, he is near the top (with only his uppercut being absolute ****).

From an athletic standpoint, he is up at the top.

Those 3 ingredients right there would give fits to every ATG. That doesn't mean an ATG wouldn't catch him, but Wlad has never shown that he can be knocked out with one punch. So guys like Tyson would have to continue to unleash a barrage against a holder that Wlad has become.

If you can't see the tools that would give ATG's fits, there is no point in even discussing this.

If guys like Lyle and Mitch Green and other randoms like that can give fits to ATG's, a fighter with the high skill set of Wlad can be effective.

Vitali should thank his lucky stars he fought an out of shape Lewis. Vitali trained for Lewis for 2 years & still couldn't get the job done when he was at the end of his career. An in shape Lewis would have KO'ed him in 2.

    Tommy Morrison!

On a serious note Vitali Klitschko, Lewis looked scared as hell in that fight, with that giant chernoble freak coming at him with that disgusting eye. But then again I haven't seen the Mercer fight in like 8 months and I just watched the Vitali fight.

    Troll.

I am a Lennox's biggest fan, but that is just ignorant. Vitali has an iron chin.

Out of all the Lewis fights my choice would be the Mercer fight because of the smaller ring, Lewis had to dog it out & fight Mercer's type of fight.

Mercer by far. The next toughest fights for Lewis are Vitali, Briggs and Bruno - all of which Lewis beat had rough start and bounced back to beat them all convincingly.

Toughest fight was probably Mercer or Klitschko for different reasons.

Yes I agree. Lennox did have a tough fight with Mercer and was forced to fight on the inside because of the small ring but he never looked like he was in too deep unlike in the Klitschko fight.

I had Mercer winning by 2.

Lewis had two gruelling fights in Mercer and Vitali and refused to rematch them:-( . Both fighters deserved a rematch and so did Rahman, their fights ended 1-1, not 2-0 Rahman should have been given the chance to beat him again.

What grates me is the excuse that Lewis lost twicw due to "lucky" punches, and when he lost to Rahman he went the ***** way about things and took him to court, maybe Mercer and Rahman should have done the same thing to him:yep

Lennox Lewis....the undisputed pound for pound ATG courtroom champion:D

I only remember it being a war in the the last round when Mason new his cut would stop the fight.
Before that Lewis clearly outmuscled and outjabbed him.

I had Lewis winning by 2 rounds but it was a close fight. As for rematching Lewis, Mercer didn't mention anything about wanting a rematch after the fight. Mercer like Lewis was looking to fight Tyson. :deal

Lewis took Rahman to court because they had a agreed a rematch clause and Rahman was looking to get out of it, knowing he would get KTFO if they fought again. Rahman knew he had gotten lucky against Lewis and was looking to avoid a rematch.

The best thing about that whole situation was when Rahman betrayed his promoter Cedric Kushner and signed with Don King because he thought he could get more than the $9-10 million they had agreed. Don King dumps a duffel bag with half a million dollars in front of Rahman and so signs with King only to make a whole lot less than he would have with Kushner. What an idiot.

i remember the fight i thought lennox clearly outboxed mason, it got heated when mason's cut eye was forcing the eventual stoppage so he went hell for leather to no success.
thinking back mason was quite a tough cookie, would have liked to have seen him in with bruno:thumbsup
