Lewis doesn't need the drama nor the money. He has consistently said that he thinks Manny is the best and wouldn't train with anyone else. Now that Wlad is with Manny its difficult too see how that would transpire. On top of that Lewis sued King, and the Klitschko's don't hide there resentment for Don either. I don't see it happening

King knows this would be, by FAR, the biggest moneymaker in the division, if not the entire sport, right now.

Not sure if King would handle Lewis, or what, but he clearly sees mega dollars in this matchup, given Vitali's amazing resurrgence, and King wants a piece of it.

But as has been said, Lewis too long away, too old, and is clearly done, not to mention the fact that five years ago, Vitali was giving him all he could handle. So given all those aspects of it, he won't accept the offer.

DON KING is ready to offer Lennox Lewis £25million to come out of retirement and face comeback king Vitali Klitschko.

The giant Ukrainian regained the WBC heavyweight title by forcing Nigerian Samuel Peter to quit after eight rounds of their Berlin battle on Saturday.

Londoner Lewis, 43, has not fought since beating 6ft 8in Klitschko on cuts in June 2003.

Veteran American promoter King — who will approach Lewis with an offer this week — said: “What a triumph that would be for us old guys.”

Klitschko, 37, had not boxed since beating Brit Danny Williams in December 2004. But he ruled out a fight against younger brother Wladimir who holds the IBF and WBO titles.

Vitali said: “It was my dream to be world champion at the same time as Wladimir and I have done it, but we will never fight.

“I don’t feel any different to four years ago. I still have the skills and if I’m healthy I can still use them.”

    >>>Ball's in Lewis court!

£25m is a lot of dough, but I would definitely stay retired if I was Lewis.

Yeah, true but those guys are proven washed up. Lewis quit at the top, and wasn't a sad sack of **** losing to bums.

Lewis would be foolish to do this. However, considering this participation in Celebrity Apprentice and such I wouldn't entirely rule it out.

Very likely he will be, but his record wasn't tarnished by losses to journeyman, that's the only point I was making.

wont happen Lewis knows better and dont need the money. Paper talk is all this is. I was half expecting Vitali to call Lewis out in his post fight interview.
