I'd agree with that...Cook looked good first half with Lenny coming on strong down the stretch. I thought that Daws just pinched it but I don't really have any argument with the decision.

Cook looked a lot better than I thought he would, he needed rounds but performed well. With those rounds under his belt I might have a few bob on Cook in a rematch (I won't really because i'm a tight arse)

I thought that, but only from the back/side...he isn't quite as stacked as Jnr

I'd be interested to see how peoples cards turned out if they watched the fight on their own. Seeing everyone elses opinion in Round by Round threads has got to affect how some people score fights.

How did you score it Gaz? I was trying to give Cook rounds but just thought Daws out punched him.

Anyone know why sky interviewed Williams trainer for useless information

Daws by 1 but I seemed to be in a minority in having it 4-1 Cook after 5. Most had it 3-2.

The First round i give to Daws thinking back on it was more to do with Daws looking better than he did the rounds before.

Couple of close rounds tonight i probably have it too wide for Daws but he was in my bet for UD :verysad

I had Daws by 2 rounds at the finish but there was one round that could have gone either way so that would have given the draw.
I had Cook 4-1 up at one stage and i backed him at 3-1 and 13-2 during the fight and i'm sick i didn't back the draw because at Cook 4-1 upin rounds i was going to do it at 33-1!

Don't know what the fuss is about the scorecards, it was that close.

Daws was missing too much in the first 7ish rounds, throwing punches and actually connecting are two different things. The last few rounds he won by a wide margin.

Really good fight. I think Lenny did enough but I suppose there can't be too many quarrels about the scorecards. Rematch?
