He could've fought Scott Quigg in Vegas. They did not want it.

    It is ducking.

Its not excusable just because a fighter hides behind his team to avoid fights, and gets to say 'oh well id fight anyone' and just points the finger at their management for taking easy fights.

Theres fighters like LSC and Quillan, and then theres guys like Hopkins and Canelo... who actually push for fights to happen, promoters or networks be damned.

You want to be one of the fighters that is ok sitting back and taking the path of least resistance, the result is going to be you will be called out for it by the fans (not that they probably care lol)... it is what it is.

Santa Cruz didn't duck anyone. They are still able to fight each other and they can now do it at 126. Framp, Rigo and Cruz should go to 126. It's one of the original divisions, and they can turn this division into the hottest division in boxing.

And again, nobody is ducking GG. I repeat, nobody is ducking GG.

The answer to most modern day fans for any particular fighter to get fights is just to move up

Oh youre at your perfect weight? **** that move up

Oh you've moved up numerous times and are topped out? move up

    A.D.D fans

Unless its the fighter they have a poster up on their wall of. If its Mayweather, Ward or Broner don't even mention the next weightclass up from their highest weight thus far.

Fighters don't take the biggest and best available fights at the weight and they say they aren't ducking, why? Because the fighter has the same manager as their groupie idol  Something pathetic about a male groupie.

To me Cruz moved up into a more dangerous division.

When fighters are still in their prime and can still fight each other, I'm patient. I'll wait. When one guy throws his title in the garbage rather than face the other guy, then I'll believe it's a "duck" move. 126 if Framp, and Rigo moved also up could become very hot. Start a round robin!!!

So who won the round Robin at 122? Did any of them face each other? When did Rigo face Framp? When did Rigo face Cruz? When did Framp face Cruz? So they haven't faced each other, but Cruz is ducking Rigo because he's leaving 122? Tisk tisk. Nah, I'm not up for the foolery.

When the best fighter in your division calls you out publicly, and you are in the position to make the fight happen but you don't.... only a fanboy would excuse it as not a duck. Bringing other names into it is nonsensical.

Nobody has proven themselves to be the best at 122. Only a fan boy would assume that Rigo is the best at 122.
