    Feet tangled, and Martinez lands a big left hook. Santa Cruz tumbles over backwards! Ref doesn't rule it a knockdown? Seemed like one, if a flash KD. Santa Cruz is throwing prolonged combinations, starting with ear-boxing hooks and then straightening his punches as he creates distance and whip-cracking into Martinez's face. Martinez hangs in and digs with hard body shots.

    10-9 Santa Cruz (but had it been ruled a KD, that is a three point swing Martinez's way)
