too many people picking Carl, I'd prefer it if he were the underdog (I think he should be) because then I believe he would fight better

I think it's pretty 50/50 between Santa Cruz and Frampton.

    LSC would destroy Quigg though.

Frampton and LSC both over Quigg. Frampton v LSC 50/50 for me, deciding factor could be where it takes place

I could see him beating Quigg no doubt. But I think Frampton could beat him.

Leo IS NOT "quicker" than Carl, hand or foot.

    This is a 50/50 fight.

Agree as a big Frampton fan i'd admit regardless the fight would be close and a real war IMO, If it was in Belfast i'd very much give an edge to Frampton especially because if it did go the distance he would likely win because it will be close, Likewise with LSC if it was in America. The only thing i will say is that it is far more likely that CF stops LSC than visa versa, Frampton really is a big hitter the way he took Kiko out clean was massive considering Kiko is tough as nails and never been stopped. LSC wears guys down when he stops them, can he do that to a prime strong fully fledged SBW IMO its doubtful, The big thing Frampton has in his favor is that LSC comes forward and throws a serious amount of shots Carl is excellent on the back foot and i can see the possibilty of LSC coming foward and walking onto a big shot like the one that took out Martinez. Very even fight between 2 world class young fighters.

You're awfully sensitive for someone who posts on a boxing website, Len. But as a courtesy, I will try to adhere to parliamentary rules of debate when I see you around.

Regarding your other points, if you read my post above with care, you'll see I've already answered them. You might also remember we had this discussion once before in another thread. In that thread I also questioned the level of Carl's competition, and whether Carl was tough enough to handle a premier Mexican fighter like LSC, so it's not like you've never heard my opinion on this fight before.

But I do want to mention one thing. If I'm not mistaken, you seem to think that "prime" = "young". In my opinion, after much observation, a fighter's prime is generally from age 28-32. By that I mean both physical prime and prime in skills.

Of course, in this case we're lucky that Carl is now Leo's mandatory, so all questions will be soon be settled. I think Leo has already said he will go to Belfast. I don't know where the promoters will decide to have the fight. But like Leo, I know it will not matter where the fight takes place.

    - A real politicians answer, Kid. Anyway I ll leave my three (unanswered) points for you to address at some other point in the future if you ever feel up to it.

    - Even a casual fan will tell you that the list of bantams and flys still 'in their prime' after 30 is short, Kid. (Almost as short as the list of prime top-level superbantams LSC has beaten!)

Frampton's footwork is very good, and able to dig in and out of range. He also carries serious power so I can't see LSC keeping him off for long.

Quigg on the other hand is a whole different story altogether; pretty easy to tag, and massively favours getting on the inside. Whilst has a great engine I favour LSC to stop him, or a comfortable UD (especially in the US)

Quigg beats both. Frampton was 50/50 with kiko until he found the big shot and Santa Cruz> kiko. I think quigg will surprise a lot of ppl

There is not much in it between Frampton-Quigg-Kiko-LSC.
Any one of this 4 could give any other a tough fight on any given night.
But maybe Frampton has just that little bit of of extra quality about him the others maybe lack.
The little bit of "star quality" that seperates the very good from the very very good.

It would be interesting to see them line up against rigo one at a time, just to see the different things each would do and if any could be effective
