I think we can eliminate Usyk from the discussion, but how would he fare against the rest?

    Glowacki -
    Okolie -
    Makabu -
    Huck -
    Dorticos -
    Gassiev -
    Mchunu -

How does he fare against these?

My old coach worked with him in the early 70's and always said that Leon was as talented as anyone he had ever seen. The problem was a combination of his addictions which were far worse than what most on here realize and that he likely had CTE pretty bad by the time he turned pro.

Regarding how he would perform against that list, it's tough to say because he was so erratic like most people with bad addictions. Watch his gold medal winning match on YouTube which is him at his swarming best clean from drugs and fresh out of the Mairne Corps.

Briedis and Gassiev would be his toughest fights but I would take a prime Leon over them.

He was a natural Cruiserweight like Quarry. Probably at his best as a pro in the low 190's. His Olympic gold was at 178.
