Moorer by decision or by KO in the later rounds.

If Moorer fights the way he did when he first entered the heavyweight ranks, he can win by an exciting early KO. It’s a high risk strategy considering his own chin fragility but Leon was never the biggest of punchers.

 

I feel like both Leon and Michael are much better fighters than what they get credit for. I think the best version of Moorer would beat the best version of Leon by late stopage or UD. Both were very talented but flawed fighters that would be a handful for anyone when they were at their best.

I think the version of Leon that beat Ali beats almost any version of Moorer. But, any less than that, and Leon gets caught and stopped.
