    Who wins?

I discussed this a few days back, and the more I thought about it, the more I like Valuev in this matchup.

Do you agree, or am I way off here?

    Who wins, and how?

It's different levels here , 4 1 we have a man who beat Ali , albeit a past his peak Ali , and 4 2 we have a big bum who couldn't even beat shot 2 death Holyfield & a post prime Ruiz . I say Leon's conditioning assists him by grinding Valuev 2d body until lowering d boom somewhere near d 7th rd , 9th at worst .

I like Leon via decision if he is in top condition. I think he lands lots of combos but his tendency to hang out on the inside does leave him right there for an uppercut. Dangerous and certainly not easy. I just think Leon would be too quick and would outland him 3 to 1 with Spinks not having the big enough ko power to stop him, like say a Lamon Brewster would pull off late.

Valuev may be able to stop him but he would win never the less

I think this is about as good of an assumption as any.. Valuev may have struggled with some past prime guys, but Leon was beaten by journeyman and fringe types, and fell very badly to any decent fighter who was prime.. The size difference would be absolutely collosal to say the least.
