Whenever I come up with a fantasy fight I always try to stick close in era and also look for stylistically appealing matchups and this is one that came to mind at 135. Both guys were highly decorated amateurs that really knew how to fight. Dorin would certainly bring the pressure and look to get inside on the versatile Robinson. Robinson was a solid guy that could box and brawl but would often brawl when he shouldn't which is why this match is intriguing.
I like him alot as well but what is interesting about this fight too me that Gatti pretty much ran over Dorin with his size and power but was beaten twice by Robinson. Robinson was one of those guys like Vince Phillips or Glen Johnson that were solid, well schooled technically sound guys would look great against certain guys but were otherwise inconsistent. I think it's a winnable fight for Robinson if he resists the instinct to brawl with Dorin.
