    No more

    Your embarrassing me

Professional athletes can cut weight and still be strong.

Learnard making him look like an fool, dancing around him made him say, no more of this

Duran is a liar, learnard made him quit and made him hated in his homecountry.

That was a big big fight, and duran quit cause he was too slow

Somebody inform this twat that Leonard hung himself when he boasted he outsmarted Duran by offering him an ammount he could'nt refuse and a date that was non-negotiable!

This clown and PimpC refuse to acknowleadge what Leonard himself admitted to.

I never understood Leonard for boasting he did that when what he really was doiing was taking away from his victory over Duran.

Leonard is so dumb and consumed with himself, he has never realized it was his own words that took away from his victory in New Orleans.

Why do you think Leonard boasts about knowing Duran balloons up between fights, and that he was partying it up still when he was offered a contract with a non-negotiable fight date?????????????????

Should be pretty simple for you to answer since you're so smart.

Lol commentator 'his turned his back, he said no mas'

If they had to fight 10 times, duran would win once, the first one, other 9 would be learnards.

He would only win if learnard fought durans fight, which happened.

Tko8 bitchface. Your a liar like duran. Round 7 is the best clowning ive seen, ever, embarrassing.

    No mas no mas

I love how the Duran fan boys make the weight excuse,8 million in 1980 which is what at least 15 million or more today, and even more in Panama was not enough to get in shape in 5 months or so???

That's a good excuse though,oh the guy didn't train enough to lose weight in time, well that is Duran's fault.. Also had NOTHING to do with weight,Duran got schooled because Sugar fought a smart fight..

Duran almost was tearing up when Sugar asked him why he quit, you could see it in his eyes, and Leonard realized he will die not giving him credit, but that doesn't matter because Duran dug his own grave and Duran will have to live with that..

Duran seems to be living with it fine. It's SRL who went over to Panama and practically begged Duran to admit that he quit. And to me the worst part of the whole documentary was SRL's refusal to give Duran another fight until 7-8 years later, just because he could. Say what you want about Duran but that's about as vindictive as they come.

But at the end of the day we're talking about the second best Welterweight of all time fighting the best or at worst second best lightweight of all time , so these are special fighters.

No one is a ******, 5 months or 5 wks not being able to make weight in time and at the correct pace was that deal, Big george is not to bright after this no mas thing Duran, knocked out Pipino C, than Davey Moore than gives MMhagler a boxing lesson, Out of shape again KOed by Hearns, couple yrs later Beats Barkley ( barkley coming off of two knockouts of Hearns ) enough said in the end Duran greatest lightweight in history and one of top 5 fighters all time.

Add that to his lightweight achievements including his wars against De Jesus and that pretty well sums it up. :good

But that's not what happened. Yes, Leonard beat him but he knew very well and said so himself, that he wanted to fight a Duran who had to loose a lot of weight.

So how could Leonard possibly expect Duran to say anything different that what actually happened. I'm not taking the way the win for SRL like others might, but fact is HE HIMSELF said he knew Duran's habits and wanted to take advantage of them, and that's exactly what happened.

Now if he really wanted to beat Duran at his best he could have said 6 months from now, or a year from now, we're fighting again, instead he waited several years.

As I write this I'm watching Duran - De Jesus III, which is in my opinion Duran at his absolute peak. Interesting was that Leonard was in the audience as was Holmes and Ali.
