    Ellerbe is a man who actually wants to help the Mayweather Promotions/Money Team brand grow into a global phenomenon.

    He's one of the most capable men in boxing.

    A GENIUS in the business field, 17 years in the game, a former amateur boxer, str/conditioning trainer. What can't this man do?

    He is a man of loyalty, a man of trust, and a man of character

    Even if Floyd were to fire him, he'd be on the doorstep of the Mayweather gym RAIN, SNOW OR SHINE, he'd try to do whatever it takes to regain Floyd's trust. He'd be there with a sign saying "I'm Sorry" holding up for hours on end until Floyd takes him back. He's someone who wouldn't give up under any cirumstance.

    That's true in all cases but you're severely underrating Floyd's ability to gamble

    If he really did gamble that much EVERYDAY (As he has said on 24/7 countless times), he would have been bankrupt ages ago. He's been linked to gambling for as back as 2006.

    I doubt he's as crazy as he says he is. + He has many outside investments and we don't even know how successful those have been. He has a lot of outside income, we need not worry about him.

    In addition to this, he moved into a bigger house 2 years ago (22000 sqft into something like 27-30k sqft). If he was really getting poorer and poorer, would he have done that? I doubt it. He also isn't like Evander Holyfield. Living in some exquisite mansion with 4 wives and shitloads of kids. He has 4 children + 1 fiancee. It can't be that bad. She does come across a gold digger, but I'm sure she has her limits.

    Plus not all gamblers lose. Who is to say this man isn't going to come out green when it's all said and done?

    We don't know what his overall balance is.

    Seriously you have no idea what a boost that would do for Gay Rights, especially in these times where Gay marriage is constantly being fought at. Please be true to your self, and Floyd, we are boxing fans, our opinions won't change
