why are you mentioning pac? i'm answering to a post where someone mentioned floyd doesn't need to fight pac because he lost.

As soon as Manny stops fighting JMM, which will probably be uh never? We're already getting info that JMM vs Pacquiao X is happening in 2018. :nut

pac won't even sign to fight jmm unless he was so sure that floyd is not ok. when he learned that floyd is still ducking, he has no choice but to get the 2nd best fight for him and fight someone who is not afraid of his health.

Just to be clear, I do think Floyd should fight manny next. I said the split should b in favor of Floyd because manny recently lost to marquez.

yup. but it doesn't work that way. oscar still was a big draw even after he was knocked by bhop just 2 fights away from floyd. pac was not even close to being stopped. and pac already conceeded the split. what do you guys want pac to conceed more? 154 pounds and 10oz gloves?

team money's response sounds like manny is telling the truth.. mayweather is scared.

they fired back with "we dictate the terms" in other words.. manny pacquiao having agreed to terms he previously wanted is him trying to dictate the terms, well, now we want more terms.

this fight is never happening thanks to mayweather anyway

It's just Floyd moving the goalposts again. Why do we even have to discuss this like it matters? It doesn't. If Pac agrees to it, he'll say 90-10. Don't we all know exactly what's up by now? We still have to fight over ****ing tiny details?

a few days ago, there's a guy (floyd fan) here spreading numbers on how the split (59/41) should be and a lot of people agree with him,
and now that Ellerbe has gone on record saying it should be 65/35.
we see replies like "sounds about right", "money calls the shots", "just telling it as it is", "65/35" is fair, etc. makes you scratch your head.

    Honestly it isnt that outrageous

Considering Floyd is the main PPV attraction he should get more % wise
Manny is coming off a controversial win and losss so realistically he loses a little more %
Its pure Business logic, Pac asks for 55-45, Ellerbe say 65-35, they settle on 60/40

soon expect floyd's team to move the split and demand that pac moves up to 154 and fight with 10oz. that's after he got his urge back.
