Hatton had 1 fight at 147, the Collazo robbery as you say - he went immediately back to 140 for 2 fights before going up again to face Mayweather

Ive never not said he hasnt picked his fights well. Tyson used to have a team of people whos single purpose was to analise other fighters to pick the perfect time for Tyson to fight them so he looked as good as possible. This is nothing new.

All I have done is post the Official Rankings at the time Mayweather fought them. I added no personal opinion to them.

Your calling me fanatical, when its not my opinion you are getting your tits in a twist about, its the Official Rankings.

 50 cent, him and Mayweather broke up. Broken hearted females will talk alot of ****.

Ive not defended it. Ive just said what it was.

Ortiz was the Champ. Mayweather was not. Can you dispute this? No.

You said hes 'fighting top competition' - as if it was a justification for all the fights has or hasnt had and im pointing out anything else would be totally unacceptable. Im saying fighting people in and around the top 10, whilst not p4p, guys like Ortiz and Guerrero would be OK - if he fought 2 / 3 times a year. Otherwise its a bunch of bull****. Guy putting on mismatches on PPV -all needing an angle to sell them. Why not have a fight that people will have doubts about the outcome, making them interesting without all the nonsense that surrounds him when a camera is on?

Anyway man we probably arent going to agree, just I think the sport deserves better from the biggest star in it

Okay, your opinion I respect that.

There are a few certain fighters he could have fought which would have improved his legacy. That is true. Whatever the reason they didnt happen is irrespective but it still does effect him legacy wise. Constant retiring has done him zero favours as well.

Kosta Tysu at 140 if he got there before Hatton. Cotto before Margo and even Pac got there. Obviously Pacquiao. A younger Mosley. Whatever the reason for these fights for example, they would have improved his resume.

My problem is with people who say or insinuate he avoids top fighters, when the facts clearly show he only fights top ranked opposition.

That's the issue that so many Floyd fans miss. Sitting inactive to let the most challenging fights slip by -- Marg, prime Cotto, Williams, Pac -- and coming back to fight alternatives (because that's what JMM, Mosley, Ortiz and Guerrero are) once a year, is laughable for a man who's proclaimed to be the greatest ever.

Team PrincePedoN is imploding first it was Canelo being replaced cause he dared to challenge Mayweather soon it will be Ward being replaced by J'leon Love or some ***git whose **** PrincepedoN finds attractive by the end of the year after Broner beats Malignagi and people start talking about Broner fighting Floyd and Broner being better than Floyd we will see Floyd turn on Broner and start talking **** about him, then what happens Princepedo N?Which **** will you choose to suck?if you find it hard to choose you can do us all a favor and off yourself.

Mayweather should apoligize to Ward. Ward is a damn good fighter, and a very respectable person. He did nothing wrong. Floyd should be helping to build guys like Ward up, not knocking them down.

Mayweather has reached the pinnacle of the sport, and has been there for while. Despite this, he is consistently criticised for just about everything under the sun. I'm sure this bothers him. With that being said, I'm surprised he would start criticising others who work hard like him and have acheived a great deal of success in the sport like him. Mayweather didn't really even reach that superstar status until he was around Ward's age anyway in terms of revenue that his fights generated.
