    3.Pernell Whitaker (top 20-25)
    4.Floyd Mayweather (top 70?)

    I don't think Jones could have been beat in the 90's though, i think he would have beat anybody in that weight class.

    The ATG list shouldn't be a popularity contest, Floyd may be considered a cherry picking *******, but he is still a great fighter, with fantastic accomplishments. I would personally find it impossible to name 69 better fighters than Floyd Mayweather Jr.

    I see the only consistent thing was Leonard keeping the no1 spot ?
    Well, he was the best so thats about right.

    i don't think he deserves top 50 at all. When he beats Marquez and Pac he will be in the top 35-40
