I was not buying Roy's PPV's against police officers and garbagemen that is for sure. :rofl His run at Light Heavyweight might be the biggest farce ever besides handpicking the Ruiz fight. Two of the belts he had were not even his hell one was GIVEN to him he did not even win it in the ring. :roflatsch

 

What Roy Jones did in the ring noone or nobody from now on will ever do,the man was a total package,a entertainer,fought god opposition and weaker sometimes to be fair but he had ''magic'' in the ring.The thing he did with his hands with Kelly and then KOed him with one punch is a immortal highlight,he defeated so many undefeated fighters.The man is a legend,in 20 years they gonna say that they miss Roy and now they bash him,a mistake.THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER ROY JONES JR.

 

The Roy that beat Hopkins in no way would demolish Leonard, even though Leonard would be above his best weight, Jones was pretty green when he fought Hopkins, he matured a great deal more when he moved up to SMW and LHW.

Though I think Jones still wins, I think with Leonard's own speed and flashiness he would have narrowed the gap a little more than Hopkins.

Leonard by close decision, prolly 7-5. No way Roy beats SRL with one hand. No way. Sugar would be too busy, and would outwork the injured Roy.

 

That's why I favor Calzaghe but you never now when the old Roy comes back
