Red, I've never really understood whether you really believe this Leonard-Norris nonsense or you're just winding people up with it. I suspect the later.

Being able to outbox a 38 year old Duran doesn't mean that Leonard was still anywhere close to his prime. The fact he lost to Norris a year later just confirms it.

Never mind Duran. Look how he moved about on his legs. Ask any honest trainer if this is what you can expect from a shot fighter. he will tell you no way.

I went thru the reason Ray lost to Terry. If you follow what happened in the rounds I told you you will see that I was right. Leonard lost the first round because Terry starts faster. But Ray after warming up went after Terry and was winning the round until the last minute of so when Terry began adjusting to his tactics. That's when you see the handspeed of Norris coming out and then while Leonard drops his hands, Norris smacks him to the jaw the way Kevin Howard did. The bell rang round two but he still hadn't cleared his head by round three.

Ray could have won had Terry just eased up on him but instead he put intense pressure on Ray Leonard and never let him catch his breath.

This is what I've been saying all this time, that Leonard doesn't have the toughness for this kind of fight. That's why he chose so many old and/or shot pugs, or Don Lalonde types.

Surely Camacho wasn't shot against De La Hoya when he was 36?. He certainly doesn't meet your criteria as a shot fighter going on the evidence of how he moved on his legs that night over the 12 rounds. I'll assume Camacho was close to his prime in your eyes.

Or is it different standards for Leonard and Camacho since you like one and dislike the other?

Don't get too chuffed there , laddie.

You weren't the first to own him and you certainly won't be the last.

You must have a short memory , Rooster.

Last time we tangled, you got mangled.

I've treated your SRL obsession a couple of times , and while it was fun the first time, you're too predictable and boring to keep it interesting.

Ever thought of professional therapy ?

I told you this in no place for women. Why don't you go back to the kitchen and prepare your man a burrito?
