Leonard vs Hagler - how did you score it?

leonard by 3 to 4rounds.

 

Hagler. Leonard tried to steal too many rounds in the last 30 seconds.

 

I think the bottom line here is that if it hadn't been Ray coming back from the (proverbial) dead,then Marvin would have had a clear 3 or 4 point victory.
Ray is my #1 but this fight was always about more than just cold,hard scoring.
Ray played the whole thing perfectly,from the announcement,the 12 rounds and right up to the last 30 seconds of every round.
A lot of this battle was won before the first bell rang.

 

Pretty sure if most people today, who gave it to Hagler, didn't know about the last 30 second plan for Leonard to steal the round. Almost positive they would give it to Leonard.

Another thing, when I see people scoring the fight, I always see Leonard winning anywhere from 7-9 rounds while for Hagler, 99 out of 100 people would only give Hagler 7 rounds.

Leonard landed more and at a higher connect percentage, the decision isn't really that controversial.
