Take the illegal rabbit punches away from Peter and Wlad would have won in even more dominant fashion. Besides, just because he struggled against an aggressive guy with a hard chin in three of twelve rounds isn't really an indication that he is easy to beat...

Against Wlad, Frazier would have to come forward and would eat jabs, right crosses and hooks. Foreman with his clumsy punches found it easy to hit Frazier, Wlad has far better technieque and accuracy and could easily land on Frazier.

Why are you consider both Klits at the same time, dou you mean they would be competitive with say Ali
....only if both them enter the ring and fight Ali at the same time?

Carnera actually WAS a circus strongman, the Klitschkos were brought up in an elite Soviet sports broading school. Wlad was Olympic champion, Vitali was a good amateur as well, their fundamentals are ten times better than anythign Carnera ever had.

Ali struggled with a 188 pound Douglas and a 186 pound Cooper, neither would land a punch on either Klitschko. Braddock couldn't dream of knocking down a Klitschko, like he knocked down Louis. This is typical irrational nostalgia speaking here.

I'd favour Baer's unorthodox style to put Wlad off his gameplan. Wlad wouldn't be able to defend agaisnt a guy when he posseses two fisted power, an unpredictable attack and an iron chin.

    Styles make fights.

Ali wouldn't get blown away by Sanders, Purrity or Brewster

I don't recall Sanders or Brewster hitting the Young Klit with any rabbit punches...

Yeah, because Primo Carnera was just as good of a boxer as Wladimir or Vitali right? Wrong. Try again.

It stuff like that which these nostalgic fans seem to forget. The likes of Marciano, Dempsey & Frazier would all be too small to seriously pick them against either Klitschko. Just because Dempsey beat Jess Willard so easily doesn't mean he'd fare as well vs. either Klitschko. Since when was Willard a great boxer? Decent yes, but he didnn't have the power or the skill to compete with the Klits.

The same Jack Johnson that enjoyed ruling the weakest Heayweight division? The same guy that lost to Willard, who got pummeled by Dempsey?

Yea, because you'd pick that Buster Douglas to beat Wlad right? Idiot. Wlad's jab is much better than Buster's & he has a lot more power & skill to get that right hand to land on Buster's chin.

But you also have to take this into account.

Could Wlad's chin hold up to being punched with a 1930's golve?
