He stated he was weighing 146/147 and you saw the Mark Walberg video, he is looking smaller than before.

Pac weighed 148. Pac heavier. :yep

cause he can't even make the JrWW limit which is why he's fighting JMM somewhere above 140 and why he fought Hatton at 147 instead of 140

    Yes he can.

He chooses not to for some reason.

(He should fight JMM at 140)

he fought Hatton because Hatton challenged him and went after Floyds 147 title.

He's cut 9lbs to make weight before. He can cut 6-7lbs.

Well if he chooses not to make 140 because he feels that he's better above 140, then he should be fighting WWs.

If you're going to make these types of statements at least dont prance around and sugarcoat the reasons why a 3rd JMM-Pac fight aint happening.........

.......it aint happening because the Pac team does'nt want it to happen......so lets move on from this **** and root JMM on to make history vs Mayweather Jr.!!!;)

It ain't happening cause thats the business of boxing, unfortunately the best fights don't always get made.

Instead we got a welterweight coming off a 21 month layoff fighting the best lightweight who's moving up more than 1 division, while the best fighter in the world tries to fight the top welterweights at catchweights.

You're just saying that to wind people up. You know it's not true.

He's weighing 146/7 in preparation for Pac.

Pac OFFICIALLY weighed 138 against Hatton.
And OFFICIALLY weighed 142 against De La Hoya.

    http://www.usatoday.com/sports/boxing/2008-12-05-de-la-hoya-pacquiao-weigh-in_N.htm

HBO's Unofficial weigh-ins on fight night are just that - Unofficial.

Mayweather Jr as a WW should battle it out with one of the WWs (Cotto or Mosely).

Pac as a JRWW (or under) should battle it out with Marquez at 140.

The winner of each (and I assuming it will be Mayweather v Pacquiao) meets at 140, 147 or a catchweight.

 Floyds highest unofficial weight is 149 and official weigh is 150.

So if you want to be technical they weigh the same, although if you saw the video of Floyd at Mark Walbergs place he is smaller than before.
