first off, what a good scrap...i actually thought vic would ko him in the ring, but arce showed he still has his toughness... 2nd, arce didnt discredit vic how the intrepreter made it seem, he simply said the blood loss from the elbows affected him a bit, and that he got a bit dazed upon impact... 3rd, WHO THE **** WAS VIC TALKING TO AFTER THE INTERVIEW WHEN HE SAID " GO THRU HIM FIRST, THEN COME SEE ME, HE'LL DESTROY YOU"....i just thought that was badass of him .....but which boxer was it :huh
Yeah Arce has balls of steel. He came in with no legs though, I don't know if you noticed it in the first round.
Good points all. I would love to know who he said that too as well. What you think Freddy? I have been loved Arce in my top 5 fave's forever now, and maybe it's time to retire. What do you think? And ****, if it was his last fight, I wish they would have let him keep his dignity of going all 12 in the damned thing. He prolly couldn't have pulled anything off to stop Vic (but MAYBE), but I'd bet he'd have made it to the bell, and not gone out on a stoppage.
nah, he still has a lot of power and toughness to keep on fighting and winning....i mean, both his losses recently came to the kings of the division, and neither of them stopped him in his tracks....but i would really just keep him away from heavy hitters, and plus, vic's style will make anybody look bad.....
I did, immediately. Kept lunging in from way out, with his upper body WAY too far out from his feet, just begging for an upper cut.:-( His balance was ****, and that is not the Arce I have known and loved to watch for these years.
comon guys if Arce's balance looked like **** from the first round its cause Darchinyan was using his right hook throw him off constantly.
I saw Israel Vazquez sitting like a row away from me, but I noticed him after the fight ended cause bunch of fans surrounded him. So if anyone it was prolly him who Vic was talking to cause I think he was the only fighter in lower weight classes showed up to watch the fight. Andrey
That actually makes sense as Arce and Izzy had some bad blood in the past, and Vic said to the misterious guy that Arce would own him. Good call!
The ref or doctor should have let him finished. I have no idea what and who the entire Vic camp was talking about at the end there.
