He was brought in specifically to protect Floyd that was blatantly obvious. Maidana never stood a chance. Remember the girlish scream "He bit me" ROFL Floyd claimed Maidana bit him through his Glove & his Wraps while wearing a mouthpiece To do that hed have to have a mouth as big as a hippo

Bayless is an under cover Double Knaut Spy with Jethro Boudine from The Beverly Hillbillies, both of them were on The Grassy Knoll.

Preach. Huggy Bear Haney is a human octopus and praised to high heaven for his ''skills'' but when a young brutha like Plant stretches his tentacles suddenly folk have a problem with it. Damned if you do, damned if you don't when you're a poor boy from the wrong side of the tracks :shakehead:

If David was the A-side why did Plant get such a huge ring and why did he enter the ring first?

Did you see Haney after the fight? he was smirking with excitement as he loved what he saw out there,

Speaking of Loma he better be ready for all those tactics & the odds being against him in there, they even had the three stooges calling the fight & it was in Vegas.

I did. He looked massive as per usual.

What Loma does is real ''skill.'' And we're talking next level skills. Being gigantic for the division, weighing two or even three divisions more than your opponent, with the long dimensions which come with that so you can keep your smaller foe at range, and then octopus grabbing them to death whenever they get into range isn't great skill or defence.

You just know it's going to happen

Yeah & I don't recall him being a clincher maybe ever, guess that means the boo boo faced boxer's/ analysts will start to suggest he is on PED's because he doesn't resort to Huggies, yeah great logic there,

What's your prediction for their fight, what do you imagine happening??

True, but David had his name first on the card, and stood on the left at the weigh-in. I mean I don’t know for a fact, I just assumed because he was the undefeated dude.

The way that Loma is able to combine offence and defence and slip in and out of range landing with his shots while making you miss with yours as he's coming in and when he's stepping back out is amazing.

Speaking as a longtime member of The Holy Church of Loma and someone who can and has watched the prime version of him over and over again, I actually find it very frustrating watching the declined version of him fighting in a weight class e doesn't belong in full of giants who are only able to make it competitive against him because they're way bigger and longer and weigh 2 or 3 divisions more than him. None of these cats at the weight would stand a chance against him if they were remotely the same size as him and if he weighed 2 or 3 divisions more than them he would not only get crucified for it he would get arrested for legal homicide.

I've only watched his last fight once and he looked terrible by his standards and sadly I'm expecting an even more declined version next time out not the closer to prime one from a few years ago. That's generally how it plays out, especially when you're that size and age, fight with that kind of high energy and movement style and have had such an extensive amateur career.

    Couldn't agree more,

Let's see if he can surprise us, you never know just being the high caliber fighter that he is it wouldn't be impossible for him to implore a clever tactical game plan going into this fight,

I hope his team scopes out & notifies Loma on his disadvantages due to the age/weight/clinches to the least & specializing on minimizing those in particular to have more of a chance at victory.

Even if he can turn back the clock and pull it off they'll likely rob him and I say that as someone who thinks Haney is very overrated.

He's never even fought a prime world champion he didn't weigh two divisions more than and his resume consists of a near shot almost 36 y/o old inactive Linares who hadn't fought in like a year and a half.

A shot to crap 39 y/o old Gamboa

Career 126 pounder Jojo who is 0-3 at 135 and could easily be 0-4

And one-hit wonder Kambosos who won his previous three fights via SD and who cannot deal with boxers his own size all of whom Haney is way bigger, heavier and longer than

    All true,

Though i believe winning & then defending those belts has given Haney that deep rooted belief & confidence that he had been searching for,

The judges will do what they do best & best believe i could not see them giving Loma the win but i hope to be proven wrong for a change
& the only way that would happen is if he delivers numerous knockdowns or absolute damage inflicting domination which would be at this point asking way too much from Vasya,

Oh correction on Kambosos, he is actually the One-Hit Wonder "Emperor" which i see you forgotten to add haha.

Its part of the game. Its not pretty to watch tho. Also david was landing some nasty inside shots when caleb was holding, and he caught him with uppercuts a few times when he was diving in. You're not safe holding on to a puncher.

    No,
the ref's job is to ensure the fight nmakes the most money possible.
Last Sat, Bayless job was to ensure the fight goes the distance and Benevidez does not win by KO.
