God i have hate Lawrence Cole since the first time i ever saw him ref a fight. We didnt see it in this fight but everytime a fighter is in a clinch, he dosent say anything, and grabs one of the fighters hands and and pulls it back, allowing the other figheter to hit him. Just say "stop" break the clinch and let them fight. In the Dirrel-Abraham fight, he stoped the fight action for stupid warnings, while Abraham was doing work against the rope, and saved Dirrell. Dont get me wrong, i wasnt rooting for Abraham, but Jesus. And then he missed that ****ing picture perfect Knockdown, WTF!! and let me just add, **** Aurther Abraham. That dirty *****. " He is gud acta, nut booxa" Fukin *****
i dont know if he saved dirrell(he was blocking and sliping a lot of shots) but i do agree with you, that was some terrible timing add to this the fact that he missed two knockdowns(one dirrell, one abraham) and you got a pretty bat performance by the ref
Lawrence Cole is one pice of **** of a ref. His refereeing Pacquiao-Barrera 1 he was obviously siding with Barrera from the start. Round 1, he called a KD against Pac when it was very very obvious that it was a slip Round 6, he called a slip when Barrera was very obviously down from an uppercut. He is refereed JMM-Jaca when he told JMM that he was up on the cards at the same time asking JMM if he can continue. I heard this fool is a son of some influential figure in Texas. Figures because other than this, there is absolutely no reason for this incompetent piece of **** to be a boxing referee.
Horribly officiated! Lows blows all night, missed the headbutt that caused the cut, gave dirrell all kinds of time when he was wearing down, missed two knockdowns, allowed dirrell to measure but not abraham. If you bought that acting job you should watch wwe or wwf.

Dirrell was robbed of a KD, and the ref gave Abraham like 2 minutes of recovery time when Dirrell was putting a beating on him, probably alot to do with his comeback in teh 10th.
i only saw dirrell slip twice and both times it was because of that stupid sticker on the floor, he did get pushed down once by AA but thats all i saw, maybe i missed something
