Floyd, make these guys look like amatuers, because he is the master of his craft! unlike the idiots, who look good against each other. This is why you keyboard warriors criticise him, he is not a jm or middleweight or even answerable to you!

Perhaps he is, but the question was "who do you want to see May 3rd" and I don't want to see him fight either one. Maidana has done slightly more of late to earn the shot, but he's a limited, come forward slugger, the likes of which I've already seen Floyd fight a bunch of times. Khan presents a more interesting style matchup but he's 2-2 in his last four fights and has done nothing at 147. Both are "easy work" for Mayweather.

Maidana? The same Maidana that lost to Devon and Khan? AND Kotelnick???? Sh*t I've already named 3 better than him... 7 more would be easy.

I bet Guerrero even beats him. You're the dumb one considering Khan (who you admitted doesn't deserve it) had he not been trying to prove he had a chin would have boatraced Maidana's a$$ all over the ring.

I'm actually a fan of both Pacman and Mayweather and while I wasn't thrilled with Pacman choosing Rios as his comeback opponent, I recognized he was coming off 2 straight (one really) loss and Rios was a good fight for Pac to display his elite level offensive skills and get back to his winning ways.

But I can't excuse Floyd for taking on someone like Khan who has been shaky at best the past 2 years. I get the fact that Khan is a popular boxer with an established fanbase, but there has to be at least 6 to 7 guys more deserving to fight Floyd between 140-154.

Off the top of my head, more worthy opponents than Khan is:

Maidana, Garcia, Lara, Pacman, Bradley, Thurman. you could throw Sergio on that list if they met at 160 or a CW.

Agree with your list except Thurman. His most notable wins are Karass and Quintana. Khan has beat Maidana, Paulie, Judah. Khan was outboxing Garcia beautifully until he got tagged. Khan v Peterson was a really close fight which either guy could have won. Khan is definitely more deserving than Thurman. And if you say what has Khan done lately, then what has Pac done lately?

Maidana is an acceptable fight. If Floyd is planning to fight Khan, he might as well just take the time off and look to fight a better opponent in September.

The superfags don't think Mayweather is good enough to fight bigger fighters and neither does Mayweather, that leaves out ggg and lara. The pacquaio ducking excuse of not wanting to fight arum's fighters applies to a fight with bradley too, so in essence floyd is avoiding both in one move. so if floyd is looking for the easiest fight again, it will be maidana, khan is a little more dangerous than maidana.

i voted either is fine with me tbh...

although its mayweather its kind of unfair to expect every fight of his to be an a1 fighter. Every fighter in the history of the sport had some slow points in their career. not fair to penalize mayweather for not having any realistic options.

Floyd could fight Jesus and they would say he is ducking God. If he fought God first they would say he should have fought the much younger Jesus:deal
