One thing Bert does not say is that even if Floyd did demand Blood testing Pac could have easily rolled up his sleeve and the fight would have been on. If Pac did that he would have had the edge in the psychological war fare. But Pac walked away from the deal and then begged for the someone 3 years later.

point is Manny could have made the fight back in 2009 by giving a couple drops of blood.

Mayweathers win over Jmm was impressive because he was still in good form. Mayweather bitched out on the scales but he dominated the guy. At 152 lbs or lower, i'll take Marquez to beat overated Canelo.

If Floyd thought he could have beaten Martinez at 150 (the weight Martinez offered to fight at) he would have fought him. None of the standard excuses given by Floyd defenders can explain it. You can't blame a lack of fan base. After all, Maidana is currently being considered by Floyd and the same Argentinians supporting Maidana would support Martinez. You can't blame the weight as 150 is closer to 147 than 154 and we know from the Canelo fight that Floyd has no problems with catchweights. You cannot blame Bob Arum as Martinez does not fight for him. You can't blame money as Martinez was offering an 80/20 split. You can't argue that Floyd had a better fight lined up because his next fight was with Guerrero. Finally, you cannot say Floyd refused because he wouldn't get credit for the win due to Martinez being old or drained, because he foght a drained Canelo and a 38-year-old Mosley.

- Floyd should move up and fight LHWs instead
