    Let's be honest an admit there is a heavy bias towards favoring fighters not from this era.
    that alone makes it tough to judge Manny.

    first people say if he does this or that he is the greatest. he does it and then they say he most be on steroids.

    People ignore the fact that even from his early days in Manila at 17 there are witnesses that say to this day nobody could match the training he was willing to do.

    People also ignore very credible studies done that show how important chemistry is in winning at the highest level in sports. Manny has that with Roach. I will find the article about a study that was done on teams that won the Superbowl. One of the common threads the writer found after years of study was "chemistry"

    Not many ppl in history can beat a prime Leonard, Hearns and Duran. Pacquiao isn't even a natural welter , so it's not really a slight to him. Pac - Duran would be a legendary matchup though.

    I'm saying he isnt a natural welter , but ya SRL and Hearns would beat him. Duran would be a great fight.

    Obviously Pac loses to Hearns and Leonard. Probly Duran. Hagler wouldn't be physically possible.

    And what?

    We should match Pac against Pryor, Arguello, LW Duran, LW Whitaker etc etc.

    I think Manny has teh balls to fight anybody . He'd fight Duran and SRL , he'd be kept away from Hearns.

    Pac beats SRL and Duran and I'm not even a *******.

    Pac has too much stamina, too much power and too much chin to lose.

    Hearns would be dangerous because if his right hand and reach advantage and Hagler would just overpower Manny.

    Pacquiao could hang with Duran, it would be one hell of a fight, Leonard and Hearns beats Pacquiao. I would think Hearns would win because he uses his height so well, keeps Pacquiao at the end of his jab, and has that big right hand. The thing is these guys are natural welters, Pacquiao best weight right now, IMO is LWW.

    I don't think there's a bias. I've seen Jordan play millions of times when I was a kid. There's people saying Kobe is greater than Jordan.

    I'll give my honest opinion about Kobe. I think he is better offensively than Jordan. He's perfected much of his moves that Jordan created.

    Is Kobe better or greater than Jordan? God honest to F*CK NO!!

    same argument that can be applied to pac/duran floyd/leonard.
