if you want to see "running" look at khan at the end of the maidana fight (not a knock on khan by the way)

This thread is bang on the money, the best example for me is the Mosley fight, people before that fight were absolutely clamouring for Floyd to fight Mosley, I seen countless posts on this forum saying that Mayweather was afraid of the number one rated welterweight in the world at the time, you had the Brian Kenny interview etc where he was dogging him for fighting Marquez instead of Sugar Shane and before the fight most people definitely viewed Mosley as Mayweathers toughest challenge thus far.

After Floyd takes him to school, the amount of people who said Mosley was past it and had no chance must have tripled, its ridiculous. When you see that kind of thing going on how can anyone think it wouldnt happen with Cotto, Margarito or Williams. To be honest I'm starting to think it might even happen with Pacquiao if Floyd beats him comfortably, Floyd will never get the credit he deserves while he fights.

 

This:deal It absolutely would have happened with Marg and Cotto as well. The only reason that Margo even became somewhat popular, was because of the ridiculous notion that Mayweather was afraid him. Funny how Mayweather was supposed to be afraid of him, but he wasn't afraid of the man who beat Margo around the ring for 9rds like a ***** and then KOed him.

 

Never seen a guy that "runs" so much have better punchstats than the people he's "running" from on a consistent basis.

But he didnt fight these guys and fought Baldimor and Hatton , can you not see the distance between the fights he should of had.

I think not, the whole problem with Floyd ducking this and that began
with Margarito. Before that nobody was accusing FLoyd of ducking anyone.

Even when he moved to the WW division he did the right steps,
he signed with Judah when Judah was a champion. You may say
he made mistake for taking on Judah instead Baldomir after Judah
lost his title, but then the whole problem started.

He fought Baldomir choosing over Margo, which still had a sense
but the whole bull**** talk about Margo not being important, being
totaly unknown to FLoyd, and how Margo was not talking money to Floyd
... this created an image of Floyd being a DUCKER :?

So if Floyd man up at that time and beat Margo then he would
never been accused of ducking anyone in the first place.

Now ..... its too late, once ducker, always a ducker :deal

 

He never faught Freitas and Casa when both were a force, he didn't faught Cotto or Margarito when both were a force and now that Pacquiao and Martinez are forces he isn't fighting them.

 

SOME wanted the mosley fight.

They were fooled by the lil floyd Bhop and Shane inhouse pretend feud on HBO
