Let's be honest: Who WOULDN'T watch Pacquiao/DLH 2?

Me!! the first fight was a pile of steaming poop,Pac-man was great as per WTF was he fighting???Whatever demands were made over the negotiating table basically ****ed up a decent match fine Oscar would have been bigger but he sure as hell would have thrown the odd punch

There is nothing what so ever to justify a rematch.
Oscar will be older, slower and will be punished even more second time around.

I didn`t buy the first PPV, and I wouldn`t buy the second.

If it had the same undercard as before, not a chance in hell. If it had a great undercard, i'd watch it for that, it would have to be damn good though.

It is definitely a possibility that he was possibly dehydrated or overly weight drained from a poor weight reduction strategy, and even if this is just a mere possibility, it is something that raises the intrigue of a possible second fight where oscar might fight the fight that most people expected him to fight, instead of the one sided ass whooping that happened. Adding mayweather sr. As a trainer might also add some additional intrigue, if simply because the weight issues wouldn't come up again.

What fight would i rather see next? Easy, that's either pacquiao vs mayweather or hatton or hatton vs mayweather at 140. But if a pacquiao vs. Odlh 2 fight were to be made, i would do the same as most of the "outraged" posters on these forums. I would voice my dissappointment in not getting to see the above mentioned fights, entertain the notion of not paying for the fight, and then succumb to the pressure and call my directv operators and order the fight at the last hour. It's the same thing that happened last time. The bottom line is that for all the moral outrage i hear on the forums, i bet almost every single one of those people would watch the fight on ppv if they fought again.

Remember that this is a guy that drew more than 1 million buys for a fight with ricardo mayorga. I mean lets be real here. A fight against pacquiao would be billed as possibly oscar's last fight. Do we really think that people wouldn't tune in to watch the golden boy either triumph one last time, or go down in flames.

For the record, i understand that the point of people's outrage is that they aren't getting the best fights and i definitely want to see pacquiao vs mayweather as the next fight. I'm just making the point that i feel that most people are being hyperbolous as usual in their proclamations when speaking about the prospects of the possibility and viability of a sequel to their fight. Am i wrong or right?

I didn't even watch the first fight live. Recorded it and watched it on Sunday. So as you can guess, I wouldn't watch the rematch.

I like pac but there's no need for a pacman-delahoya 2. I would rather see pacman fight hatton or mayweather next. Cotto or margarito but not another delahoya fight.

This fight wont happen next year. Here are a few reasons. '

1. The loss is chapping Oscar's ass now, but that will pass. Once the check from HBO and the MGM clears,and he buys the new boat, and 3 new Ferrari's and a 2nd building in LA, the pain will end, and with 1.25 million buys he will fight again.

2. Manny Pac has 2 megabucks options for next year. Hatton and PBF who WILL come out of retirement by September.

3. Oscar, in all reality, and I'll get 1,000 badmouth responses, has 2 options for 2009. Chavez Jr. and his daddy, Trinidad, and thats it, if he wants to continue.
