    His technique for a heavyweight champ leaves much to be desired but we are living in a time when the likes of Bermane Stiverne, Tyson Fury, and Lucas Browne are HW title claimants so boxing skill isn't exactly a strict job requirement these days.

    I openly question that power.

    1. He did not do as well against Molina as Arreola, or Ashanti Jordan
    2. He could not stop Stiverne like DemetriceKing or drop him like Derrick Rossy
    3. Took him the same number or round sto get Szplik out of there are Jennings
    4. Had to bring in his personal friend Scott to take a dive to get him in contention

    To me he is about as powerful as Tyson Fury. He certainly in not in the same class as post-Wlad Povetkin.

    As for his ability to box, yeah, when he is facing fat, diminutive heavies like Stiverne or Arreola. Look how tough he has it when facing in-shape small heavies like Szpilka.

    Wilder is not garbage. He's hilarious. Who else can give me comedic bursts of laughter on a daily basis when I watch his fight highlights of him totally missing his opponents or watching his deluded Instagram vids? who?

    He's not garbage, he isn't a future ATG either though.

    He has very obvious technical flaws but his size, speed and power allows him to overcome some of his technical deficiencies. I think he is genuinely one of the top heavyweights in the division right now but he's in the mix and not head a shoulders above the rest and due to his flaws could lose to an inferior fighter if he has a bad night.
