It’s not all down to that, Wilder only faced Fury and Ortiz (who was past his best by that time), meaning we had little to gauge how good he truly was. Parker beat him easily, and for showcased a perfect blueprint to utterly neutralise his offence. I can’t believe people thought Wilder would have beaten the Klitschkos smh.

You only have to watch how he moved around the ring tonight to see his legs were like wood. He’s shot.

Again, I’m not denying he’s not at his best anymore but that was a complete and utter beatdown. Not a single round won. He got beat because Parker was simply a better fighter. In their primes I honestly don’t think the result would be different.

Usyk would beat any version of Wilder. Not just Usyk, many more.
There is a reason Wilder ducked so many top HW in the past.

When did Wilder ever have good footwork? He's at his best when he has his feet planted but whenever backed up always looked disorganised, remember when he tripped over his own feet in an earlier fight, think it was against Molina.

i’m not on about whether he ever had good foot work or not I’m literally saying his legs were clearly and obviously shot to bits you can see that just by how he was moving

Good time to bump this thread. I know Wilder is shot, but at the end of the day, when all is said and done, he has no legacy. His title defenses were jokes.

imagine saying otherwise, I think he definitely got some potential in him but he simply chose to surround himself of yes-man and look what happened lmao

hes old, slower feet, slower reaction time, his legs are gone, chin gone, power gone and doesnt have any skills to fall back on.

Wilder is extremely lucky he won a version of the heavyweight belt fighting absolute bums.
The man has zero technique and relies on a Hail Mary punch every fight.

There was a period when he showed clear improvements, but those days are long gone.
Heck, he used to have a nasty left hook to the body.

Yup, I’ve been saying this for years, Wilder was never any good. The guy himself knows he’s a fraud. That’s why he avoided guys like Povetkin, Klitschko, and AJ. Most of the forum kinda figured it out already though, the polls were heavily favoring Zhang and for good reason.
