Lets be real , Clottey will just be an over sized punch bag !!!!

when's the last time he seriously hurt anyone? He busted up the very hittable Cotto but come on....Cotto was never in danger. Clottey pulled his typical crybaby antics in that fight.

Some people call Clottey underrated, but really, I think he's overrated if anything.

 

This fight will probably not go the distance. Clottey is a good fighter but Pacquiao is on another level and this is just another challenge for him. Clottey will have problems with the speed, Pacquiao will force him to fight back. Clottey has a Winky Wright type of defense but we've seen what punch volume can do to that style.

If Clottey doesn't take chances it will go the distance, if he does it will be a stoppage. Pacquiao will look to exchange and catch Clottey opening himself up. The fight will be great for as long as it lasts.

 

Winky Wright would slap you right now. Come on, comparing their defense. Clottey has a simple shell defense, limited reflexes, easily penetrated.

 

Pac ain't stopping Clottey.

 

:deal Clottey is a very good fighter, but Manny is on another level. If Clottey can pull this off his defense is top notch IMO, but double his output and his pressure by keeping Manny on the backfoot Africa can have a new hero they are badly in need of and in a similar manner make Clottey an icon the way Manny is to the Phillipines. I hope Clottey brings his best because he's going to need every bit of it.

 

Why the **** do people think this is a walk in the park for Pac? It's not at all

 

I remember when Clottey put together a 3-4 punch all left hand combination (head to body) on Cotto sheer class someone posted a GIF of it on here. Clottey is effective when he actually comes out of shell...just a shame he doesn't do it enough.

 

No your correct, that's all he"ll be. The main reason why is because he is either completely on defense or completely on offense. He can't do both at the same time, as long as pac is punching clottey will cover up until he finishes. Even if pac isn't landing clean he'll be racking up points and win off workrate alone. Add in that clottey's stamina is **** an his workrate is low

 

clottey will do better than cotto IMO.
