I thought it was plain fact that the second negotiations fell because Mayweather had failed to respond to any deadlines?

It's A versus B atm. Arum and his people claim that it did take place whilst Mayweather claim nothing had taken place.

But lets just say that negotiations did take place and someone from the Mayweather camp explained, "Yes it did take place, yes Pacquiao agreed to random drug testing in exchange for 60-40 split in favour of the winner"

It doesn't look good that Floyd has come out to say he is on holiday and doesn't have the urge or whatever the quote is.

Also, Margo is looking good in training from the pics I've seen, he genuinely looks more of a dangerous opponent than Mayweather is atm.

You do realize all this is moot since Pac agreed to all tests in the most RECENT negotiations. You know, the ones before Floyd decided to go on vacation and punch a woman.

 

Do what he always does, try to fight his way out of it.

I think Margo needs that reaction to stay competitive, he can't match him speed wise but if he pushes him onto the ropes and punishes him when he tries to fight his way out.
