The change was that Pac fought an elite ATG that made him look like an amateur. That's what changed. People tend to look bad, slow, sloppy against elite fighters.

Pacquiao turned back the clock for this fight and became the Pacquiao that fought Bradley the first time.

Manny looked a lot like he did in Bradley I and JMM III. Lazy/Shot.

I'm certain had Pac not been KO'ed by Marquez and hadn't looked less formidable of late the fight wouldn't have happened.

Prime Pac would have been a harder fight but I still think Mayweather would have beaten Pac 5 years ago, it would have just been a tougher fight.

Exactly. The young Pac was not afraid to get KO'd letting it all out. I don't believe Manny was that afraid of Floyd's right. He's just well past it.

Yea i didn't see anything other than Manny being fatigued and slower than some great masterplan ring generalship from mayweather.

Mayweather just did his usual thing of fast leg reflexes to get out the way and counter back with straight rights. That wasn't what was stopping pac attacking it was just a pass prime pac with less output.

Lets go down the list of mayweathers resume and truly say yea that guy he beat was truly in his prime at his most dangerous and not jumping weights

See this is why I just cant say he's top 20 atg he simply has fought too many fighters out of their goldylock zones where floyd is always the bigger dude and weighs more or weight drains them or they are past their best the list goes on and on.

Ali fought frazier and foreman at their BEST, floyd waits til frazier and foreman are damn 40 years old, see this is the difference.

This isn't a prime peak at his most dangerous pacman anyone that says it is is just an out and out fl0m0.

I've always felt Mayweather would win, but yes, about 5 years ago Pac's tenacity and ferociousness would've made it for a more interesting matchup. This fight was basically a novelty- you paid for the name value but happened long after its expiration date.

Well his career defining performance was 12 years ago. Of course he's not prime.

Anyone's volume will be lower against a defensive fighter, that's just common knowledge in the sport. Pacquiao still did far better than the crooked judges scored it, there's no way hell this was 118-110 for either fighter. It's a close tough fight.

it was lower before mayweather though, basically mayweather saw that pacs greatest strength his volume had gone
