You really think Mayweather could deal with the pressure and power that GGG presents.

Mayweather is just so much smaller than Golovkin that I don't fault him for losing this one.

GGG has so many holes in his game. He's nowhere near ready to box with Money. Get real !

He had SOOOOOOOOO many chances to drill CanelHOE with straight L hands and passed on 90% of his opportunities, instead, jabbing and bouncing out of distance.

He coulda KOd CanelHOE just like he did Angulo.:deal:thumbsup

Size doesn't matter. iF HE WAS 175LBS, MAYBE THAT'S A CONCERN, BUT AT 160LBS, ggg GETS STARTCHED FOR 12 ROUNDS..

We probably won't get clarity ever. But I respect your opinion as you have clarified it.

Here's WHY we WON'T get clarity.

Canelo will WIN the FAKE MW title. Then he will defend it vs the Taylors, Quillins, and NJKdams of the division.....hiding like Sergio, Chavez Jr, Strum and Pirog did from GGG.

GGG will NOT lose at MW or SMW, but his opposition will be criticized since he CAN'T FORCE the Canelo's, the FROCH's to fight him, and Ward and Chavez Jr will want 80% of NOTHING.

Essentially, he'll be forced to move up to LHW for $$$$ fights vs the likes of Beterbiev, Kovalev, and Bute since the current crop of $$$$ fighters don't want to be decapitated on PPV by their B Side OPPONENT.

Eventually his power and footwork/punch placement will top off, and vs guys the size of Beterbiev, KOvalev, etc........chances are he'll finally be beat. :thumbsup

I don't see any of that happening.

First off, Canelo's not gonna win that title :hey

Second, GGG is HBO's guy. You think he's just gonna run around from division to division hoping other fighters give him a shot? He has a fan base thats growing rapidly.HBO has gotten behind him. He'll get the fights he wants. It won't be long.

Third, he decapitates Bute just like he did in the ams and I'd favor him against Kovalev at LHW.

Finally, Canelo isn't one to duck so I would be surprised if he ran from Golovkin like Martinez did.

But what you said doesn't sound outlandish, I just don't see it going down that way.

Even with half the power, the boxing skills are still there.

If Angulo was able to hurt Lara with arm punches, GGG will send Lara's glass jaw back to Cuba (priority express) shattered in a million pieces. :deal

If Floyd fights GGG the way he fought Madaina the first time, then GGG will take the fight by KO. If Floyd use his skill and defense then this fight won't be as easy for GGG as many think. Floyd speed and defense gives him a chance because you have to hit him to beat him. GGG power is great against one who lacks both of these attributes. I give Lara a good chance as well, but Lara defense is not as sharp as Floyds'. Looking back at his fight with Angulo, Lara can't afford to get hit like that against GGG because their won't be no recovering.

ggg team already said no to lara at 160. lara will calm that hype train down asap. but it seems martin murray is next at bat in early 2015 smh. ggg will take the froch, chavez jr and canelo route. i dont see charlo twins, lara or ward fighting him no time soon. his team want match him with thr good technical boxers, just the good sluggers and half ass boxers. oh any floyd but thats because he weighs a 147.
