Look there is no doubt Floyd has accomplished more than Cotto having moved up all these weight classes, picked up all these titles, and fought in all these mega-fights throughout his career. But when you're comparing a welterweight to another, it doesn't really matter if one has moved up from 130, because all that matters is how good they are while they are at welterweight. If you're gonna step back and compare their careers, then of course it matters and Floyd has the upper hand by far. But just compare how good they are as welterweights, Floyd's edge is not so clear.

You've resorted to posting nonesense and trolling, so trying to look like the smarter poster is likely not gonna work. DOn't worry, Pit, Pimp C, and Bigtime9 probably will think you're smart.

Whare is the "Am I not right choice" ?
Zab Judah lost his last fight before Mayweathe fight.
Mayweather waited for DLH to get older to start calling out for fighting him; then backed up in a rematch with DLH knowing that the result in the first fight was a close split decision in his favor and suspecting that he would lose a rematch with Floyd SR in DLH corner. He retired or ran away in his prime. He is just a coward.

    Summer is out.

This should be very simple. Shane was a much better, and more busy boxer than Oscar was in and around the same age.

Secondly, the Judah fight wasn't the only issue, the OP is over simplifying the issue to meet his ends. The fact of the matter is that there was a window of time for Floyd to choose to fight the best in his division and he failed to do so. It was never, and won't ever be about Zab Judah.

Once again proving your lack of knowledge. Baldomir a journeyman? :rofl He hadnt lost in 8 years, and hadnt been knocked out since his 7th professional fight. Not only that, but after the Floyd fight he went to 154 and had a decent entertaining showing against Vernon Forrest who again couldnt put him away. Who was Joshua Clotteys first lost to as a professional? Carlos Baldomir. And yes Zab Judah was still a champion regardless of his loss to Baldomir and still considered one of the best welters in the division.

First off if you had any knowledge about how the process took place you would know that Floyd and Judah fighting was already inked since he WAS considered the top welter in the division before the Baldomir defeat. And the Baldomir loss for Judah did not change that fact. And your analogy is stupid and childish. You are basically that Leonard fought Duran, Hearns and Hagler one right after another. he didnt constantly retire. Wait 10 years for a fight with Hagler, and 10 years for a rematch with Hearns. He fought Aaron Pryor at 140, and he never ever fought any bums inbetween. :rofl

    Dude come on.

Thats not what Im saying dumbass. I have no problem with Cotto fighting Judah, as I specified already in this thread? Can you read? I said it should be considered just as big or even a better win for Floyd beating Judah when he did. While Cotto beat him after a year layoff. Do ya get me boy?

Actually I believe I specified why Oscar was not as aged as many think. That his jab, footwork and ESPECIALLY defense, was excellent. How many of Floyds punches did Oscar block with his gloves?

Boy oh boy, tell us again how Floyd would lose to Margarito lol?

Wrong. Floyd had been calling out DLH and Mosley for years. I believe it was after the Gatti fight that he called out both of them Im not sure.

maybe hes a fanboy but he does make some sense... I think some of u took this thread as an offense to Cotto wich its not the case... altough I beleive beating judah for both are great wins, a point can be made that floyd beat him first... but u can say judah was coming off a loss so I dont think one win is better then the other

Well going back to the stupid thread . . . who's saying that Cotto fighting Zab is risky?

There was a poll here before that fight happened and 90% it says . . . it's a bull**** fight for Cotto because Judah is a SHOT fighter. It's entertaining yes . . . but no stature value. Only the Zab Judah fans are the ones giving Zab a chance.

Second . . . how can you say that fighting DLH is not cherry picking when DLH is clearly out of his prime and there are lot of dangerous fights at 147 where PBF really belong? For money or for what ever reason . . . that's still cherry picking.

In short this is a bull**** thread that doesn't need to be glorified . . . thus the response.

2007 DLH beats Margarito, beats Cotto and beats Clottey. At 147 or above.

Yeah sure can . . . can DLH make 147?

Point is if there are no good fights at 147 then . . . there will be no antagomism against Floyd. He fought an aging 154 lber and fought a 140 lber next . . . skipping his own division. Then now retired himself . . . . saying there's no more to be accomplished?

Goddam boiii . . . open your eyes and accept logical views.
