Paul Williams - He is one of the elite fighters sure, but definitely not "the most feared and avoided" fighter in the sport today as his management would have us believe. I thought he was edged by Sergio Martinez in a fight that could've went either way. Cintron was outboxing him in the first couple rounds before P-Will got going, but the win was bogus and carries no weight.

He may be the most avoided...at welterweight, where he naively campaigns for mega bouts against Mayweather, Pacquiao and other small welterweights. Of course they're gonna avoid a guy who is 1/2 a foot taller with a reach as long as a Klitschkos.

Ultimately, he hasn't been impressive of late. A convincing win in a rematch with Martinez would silence me as a critic.

honorable mention for over hyped: Amir Khan, Kelly Pavlik, and of late Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.
