If you thought that Molina was weak challenger, then meet his next opponent - Andrzej Wawrzyk.

There are strong rumors that Wawrzyk will challenge the WBC champion in September.

That's why he came back yeasterday and beat top-contender Patryk Kowoll (3-15, 2 KO).

Wawrzyk will have 1 more fight next week and then will reach WBC top-15 ranking.

Wawrzyk had faced 1 world class opponent (if you don't count 50 y.o. Williams and Botha) in Povetkin and was brutally KO'd in 3.

Wawrzyk is not in Povetkin's top-10 wins.

Wawrzyk was almost knocked out by Aliaksandr Mazaleu (1-14, 0 KO) and by Denis Bakhtov/

MVC - "i think he is great, so let them fight." "Wlad fought this bum" "Pac fought this bum". " Mayweather is the greatest."

I'm not surprised in the slightest he's fighting this bum next, Wilder's handlers are going to protect and pad his resume for some time to come to hide his poor chin. His level of competition has been GARBAGE and I don't expect it to improve anytime soon

This is the worst farce since Primo Carnera.

Wilder should be run out of the sport. When he loses the belt, all other top fighters should agree to never give him another shot.

Look at his last 5 fights, he fought Jason Gavern a guy with 15 losses and 10 by KO. This is the WBC champion...:patsch:patsch:patsch

Talk is cheap. I won't believe its happening until it is posted on the boxrec. I mean Wilder is a chicken and obviously ducking Povetkin and any other serious opponent. But Wawzyk would be too hardcore even for him. This is absurb.

That would be great. Wilder could stipulate that Welliver must enter the ring at a minimum weight of 320 lbs (just a little heavier than his last three fights).

He can still find a no hoper in WBC top15. No need to dig deep.
