That doesn't count cause he is an undersized opponent.

    Cut the ****.

We all know Marquez isn't a really hardcore puncher. Although, I do think he can whip Khan's ass.

    Wrong again.

Kotelniks power would be universally rated at "less than average"

Start a poll if you're not sure. The results will only surprise you. Good day.

well **** man if you think Marquez can whip Khan's ass then the least you could do is give Khan credit if/when he beats Marquez.

All I know is granite chin Alexander was hurt numerous times by Kotelnik's non existent power.

Did I miss something? Kotelnik has 13 KO's in 31 fights. Try again.

I would definitely give him credit for outboxing a guy like Marquez...

But the fact remains, if he is supposed to be the best at 140 like he and a lot of his fans claim, he cannot run away from the fact that he refuses to fight a huge puncher.

He has all the skills, but his chin is is one weakness. Why are we excusing him for blatantly ducking anyone who has a remote chance of testing that weakness?

Erm, you do realise it has already happened and Khan gave him a spanking?

What exactly has Khan done to be branded a disgraceful human being?
    Lol. Bit harsh.

    Lets stop the speculation here.

Marquez is indeed skilled enough and powerful enough to put Khan back to bed:deal

Marquez has KOd stronger chins without really even trying.

This will be another case of a young skilled champion stepping up to fight an old, proven wizard. Kinda like Pavlik-Hopkins. Another case of a young fighter biting off more than he can chew by trying to build a resume.

    Marquez KO Khan

When? I can remember one half decent shot that Khan took in that fight and I remember it because Darke screamed out 'wow he took the punch' or words to that effect. So no, Khan didn't take Kotelnik's best shots. Hardly a criticism but it didn't happen.

The point is that his chin has improved. Is it still ****? Yes and it always will be. However, it is improved. The guys who have hit him recently may not be big punchers but they hit harder than Limond and Gomez, both of whom hurt Khan, yet they didn't. Everyone knows Malignaggi can't punch but Willie Limond is a featherweight Malignaggi. A non-puncher against smaller men.

His chin isn't good but it can carry him through fights if he's careful. Before, he was getting wobbled off arm punches, punches in clinches and jabs. Improved? Yes. Still ****ng abysmal? Yes.

Jeez... the kid is doing what he can with the tools he's got. Maybe he hasn't been blessed with a chin or a one-shot KO, but he's quick, accurate and turns up ready to do twelve rounds at pace.

He's had 3 fights at the weight:- he challenged for the belt, battered his mandatory and outboxed Paulie. How is it Khan's fault if the champ he beat or his mandatory challenger don't have good KO records? I'll grant that Mr Malignalli was cherry-picked, but I would think that a champion's entitled to an easy first voluntary defence.

Facts & numbers are good, but context is everything.
