Let's End This Debate: Was Spence 100% or Was Crawford Just Superior In Everyway?

I find it amazing that in the RBR thread during the ring walks only one person here said Spence looked drained and that was Babality, yet now we have an abundance of people who picked the wrong result say Spence now looked drained. If that was true why didn't you say it during the ring walk?

Same at the weigh in thread here, not a single person said Spence looked drained, many said it looked like he made the weight well.

 

You’ve never seen a 50/50 fight since the fight that ended in three rounds?

 

Are you saying that Spence didn't look sick and unhealthy during the ring walk? Yes or no?

Sorry but I don't do a p4p rating of boxers across different weight divisions. To me it's pointless. It's hard enough to rate boxers in their divisions in their own era sometimes, to say who's the best.

I dont get emotionally invested in fighters I don't know. I find it odd that some people need to say their fighter is better than another fighter in a different division. What does it prove. Nothing.

You have to be a bias fool to not think something was up with Spence he just did not look right at all and to act like them accidents didn't have any effect on him..... Saying that I think Crawford has had less wear and tear on him so was probably always going to win regardless

 

The accidents had zero effect on Spence. The weight had a significant effect. Terrence Crawford though had the BIGGEST effect.

 

Postol, Gamboa, Porter, Khan, Jean, Lundy, Mean Machine. No, Crawford didnt win nearly every round in those fights but he dominated.

It was the Spence fanboys that built him up. He was NEVER that good. He was badly exposed as being very linear while also being weight drained. That's on Spence though.

Here's a thought: what if Bud wasn't even 100% that night? Nobody ever considers that the guy who dominated might have done so at less than their optimal. Maybe Bud was 100% 3 years ago and we won't even know until hindsight?
