He went 8 strait rounds getting pasted by Bud. This wasn't exactly Povetkin at the 2nd Whyte fight or Ali vs Berbick here.

 

I always said Spence was drained. That's his own fault though. The non-drained version of Spence ducked Crawford.

Spence is lucky just looking at that photo, the fact that his skin even healed up so well & better than one of my simple burn/cut is remarkable.

Bud said Spence's best shot had nothing behind it. That's how drained and weak Spence was. I mean Spence has never been a massive puncher, but he did have above average pop.

I don't need to see the video, I saw the ring walk at the time, did not think he looked drained, just a bit apprehensive. If I looked at it now and then decided he looked drained it would be me being subconsciously influenced by the outcome and all the posts here saying he was drained.

Honestly, I don't get what it is with you guys pumping up Bud. Y'all terrified and afraid to admit Spence was compromised.

 

Nobody ever stopped Porter, but Terrence did. It was a close fight unlike the Spence fight but styles make fights and Spence was tailor made for Crawford.

People forget Spence looked like himself for 1.5 rounds. Spence won round 1 and bscene authors (who are owned by showtime and by extension are pbc nutboys) gave Spencer rd 1 and 3.

Terrence Gatti'd Spence. There's levels to boxing and Spence never fought someone like Bud. Sobering taste of reality.

Beating up old Floyd in sparring is also not at all like Crawford. Aside from being adept at in-ring adjustments Floyd and Bud have nothing in common. Unlike Floyd, Terrence is almost always willing to trade punch for a punch (as seen in Rd 9 KD1). Terrence has an inherent desire to inflict harm on opponents whereas Floyd was content potshotting although*** young Floyd was VERY similar to Bud. Not convinced Floyd's defense first approach was wholly from his hands deteriorating.

Nonetheless Spence never fought someone remotely like Crawford so the logic remains linear

Spence looked drained to me. He also looked flustered like he didn't know what to do. Shame his team didnt GAF about him cause they didnt help him make weight safely, didnt train him plan A, B, C, and let him hang to dry when he was getting beat to death.

But the best part is all the crybabies (like you) saying Spence lost because he was inactive, he had a TBI, he was too drained (he was drained imho but not DLH dead at the weight drained), and basically any excuse that morphs the reality of the fight. Which was Crawford beating Spence the **** up because he's better. Period.

 

I'm not a Bud hater or a Spence hater. But Porter was probably sliding when he fought Crawford. Fighters who fight like Porter aren't know for having long primes.
