Let's face it: Floyd vs. Pacquiao will NEVER happen. Will this hurt or help boxing?

I give up on the fight. It won't happen and I don't care. Mayweather and Pacquiao are just the sports top earners. The revolving door of sports is closing on both of them. I think both are great fighters, but this is a sport and not a soap opera.

You just don't want it to happen. Because you know what's going to happen to your boy floyd.

i would not be forced to this non-ending debate. my only point is floyd has been making demands/statements that would not help make the fight in the future. why? is floyd afraid to face pacquiao?

Absolutely it won't hurt boxing. Floyd has no guts to ever fight Pac and he will never ever try to clean up the division he is into because he will soon retire after he fights Mosley. If he gets the victor over Shane, even in another boring performance, he would still consider it as the defining match in his boxing career and name Mosley as the best boxer that he fought in WW.

that putrid boxing card last night hurt boxing more then pbf and pac not getting a fight made. can you imagine what casual fans that shelled out 50 bucks for that **** are thinking about boxing right now?

I can also point to statements made by Pac, Arum and Roach that dont help the fight in the future. And I dont see you complaining about those.

    Its called posturing.

We will see if it happens in the future.
