Let's get this straight : pac is handpicking "Grandpa Shane", but

I don't get why you can't see that this is a waisted fight. This is a waisted fight because stylistically Team Pac knows what's going to happen based on the mayweather fight. They saw how shane acted hesitant, shaking his arms not knowing when to swing or what to do, when he finally faced someone with more handspeed than his own. Shane doesn't know how to deal with that and Manny will make it much worse because the code is already cracked and manny is physically close to nearly duplicating what what Floyd did to Shane . Based on shane not knowing how to deal with speed faster than his own, Manny will do the things that floyd did offensively while still taking more chances than floyd did and eventually Knock Shane OUT. Pac's Defense is his offense, which keeps people from loading up, in fear of being countered with something unseen as well as some being afraid to throw more than one punch in a row. Mayweather has already shown that shane is suseptable being scared to swing back because of faster hands and Pac's team know that. Pac would take more risk and be hit more than floyd but will earn that reward of knocking Shane out at some time late in the fight.

I would much rather him face a guy who doesn't know how to lose like berto, instead of someone who looked baffled buy fast hands like mosley. Berto has been a belt holder since 2008 and if the can sell clottey, they can sell berto. I see thier promo highlight trailer being crazy. It would definately sell with berto's second chance at a huge star in the sport after he dropped his fight with shane to be involved in the haiti relief effort. I fancied berto to beat mosley because i had the same question about how shane would handle someone faster than him before. I just didn't see shane winning because his game was style/based on catching fighters who are slower than him. I think berto might have knocked shane out regardless if he always makes the fight more gritty than it needs to be.

I feel berto is the best option and I think it answers a question about pac in how does he handle someone who isn't faster than him, but very close to his speed and just as fast with one punch. Manny and Berto will both have to answer that question and that's what I want to see. I think the speed aspect and all technicalities that come along with it when two fast fighters are in the ring is too unpredictable to Fight teams who have thrived off of a speed advantage which both have.

Ironically, Floyd was a 4.5:1 favorite against Mosley. Doesn't seem he was perceived as too threatening. Conversely, Pacquiao was a 2:1 dog against De La Hoya yet receives little to no credit from the ***** contingent for dominating and stopping Oscar. :-(

 

They ranked him that high because they had no idea Mosley just defeated a weight drained Margarito who was also mentally not there after being caught with illegal handwraps. They just assumed it was the same Margarito that beat Cotto. I thought Mosley did not look that great against Margarito. Margarito was just far worse.

The Mayweather fight gave everyone clues that Shane was old and shot, but couldn't be too sure because Floyd was just great. The Sergio Mora fight proved it to all. Arum only wants this fight because of money.

Damn...it's bad enough that these ESB Haters try extremely hard to discredit Floyd's wins...now they're discrediting Mosley's wins. A future Hall of Famer who has fought some of the Best Fighters in the sport, only beat a much slower, far less skilled fighter because of the mental state of Margarito....WOW!!!!

 

If you didn't notice, it's also a buildup to me saying I'm discrediting Pacquiao if the fight gets signed. You discredit Pac all the time. Why get all hurt if I discredit Shane once?

The general public gives emmanuel credit in that fight. The hardcore boxing community has better emmanuel victories to talk about like the Cotto and Hatton fight.

I'm explaining how a fight is validated to the general public. It's only natural you get moar credit for being the first man in your village to climb the mountain.

 

Pac deserves no credit, DLH weighed less than him in the ring.

 

I thought oscar was gonna get him prior to the fight. As soon as the first started I started saying "look at oscar's feet, he's gonna get knocked out. Oscar's feet were so bad he barely got a chance to square up with pac once and got blasted from all angles besides the in front of him the whole fight. It was something I didn't expect but I understood why it happened and that roach knew it would happen working with both fighters. The same fight happened in all the last 5 fights for the same reasons. Pac's Hand and Footspeed advantages attacking in an a perfected all angles offensive manner, because it is easier to react to the opponent's reaction to his punch than to leave the opponent an opportunity to do the same. Pac is in and out attacking and countering the counter so, as pac repeats this process over and over with his opponent, the opponent becomes reluctant to load up on a shot. Once that happens pac is smooth sailing from that point, because nothing but soft, light hearted arm punches are coming back at him. The only exception would be Margo who was the only one with heart to load up on his shots knowing he was going to be hit. It others had this heart, they would have had a punchers chance. Still one thing in common and that is average to below average footspeed and none are blazing punchers.

 

Pac will beat Mosley, but I would rather see him knock out Berto and Bradley first. I would rather see him knock Void out, but Void is still hiding.

Because a fighter is only as good as his last fight. Especially in this day and age with so many illogical keyboard warriors who love to hate on fighters and write them off whenever they suffer a loss.

 

I really can't stand people calling anyone haters or whatever. In My book you either have a genuine oppinion with points to support it or you don't.

For one to truly be a hater, he has to have a weak view or lack points to back up what he says. Most of the time it's the person who can't respond to the other persons point, that comes out and proclaims the other guy a hater. The word hater to me means " I can't mess with your points" period. The proof if someone is a hater or cockrider is in how logical thier argument is. There is no need to say it. I know the guy with the weak argument is a fan or has some other personal bias or is completely ignorant. It disproves the words without disproving them and gets other likeminded people seeing it as just hating or dickriding.

Everyone should drop that word from thier vocab immediately. It's just some wack ass mess that posters say to stay away from the points they can't respond to. Anyone posting something they can't defend just stop and don't post it or if see a post you can't respond to then just ignore it LOL.

If you gonna call someone a hater than just go ahead and prove it by crushing thier argument untill they have no choice but to insult you saying anything to stay away from the points. Then call em a hater LOL.
