Sure Ortiz is easy to hit, i think most fighters today lack defense, But unlike Rhianna Ortiz can and will hit back.
How many times do we have to go through this Manny isnt intrested in taking the test, meaning there will be no fight until he agrees to do so, Manny needs time to clean his system out, thats exactly why its taking so long.

I agree with you about Floyd vs. Victor, but I am not so sure about Pac vs. JMM III.

I felt like I just threw away $60 after watching that Mosely vs. Pac, last month (mostly Mosely's fault though not Pac's). Arce vs. Vazquez was good but everything else sucked.

Not sure if I want to pay for the third installment especially, not if they are going to force Juan to come up to 147. He is just slow and sloppy at that weight class.

Also I will never buy anothe UFC again unless it is a huge event, that last UFC was just bull****. MMA is really starting to bore me. Unrelated but I just thought I should mention that.

But I am excited about the Floyd fight and Ortiz is a very credible opponent. I spend a lot of money every year watching fights both live and on PPV like a lot of us here do and this is worth the money in my oppinion I like Vic and Floyd not sure who I will be rooting for.....hmmm

This is really the last step for both fighter. After ortiz there is no one left but floyd and pac at welterweight.

Pac would have finished his business with marquez and floyd would have taken out the # 2 welterweight.

No more excuses for both of them, it's time to meet in 2012 before the end of the world:lol:

yea i dont blame mayweather for making this fight. he been out the ring a while and its a tune up against a pretty game opponent. being a southpaw too i see ortiz as floyds stepping stone to pac. pac will like u say finsh off marquez and in 2012 i see the showdown happening.

If Mayweather actually said 'this is a tune-up for Pac', I would be fine with it. He does need something to shake off the rust. As it is, however, I doubt that he's ever going to fight Pac. He just doesn't want to take the risk. He's just coming back because he's missing the limelight.

I'm not giving him credit for fighting someone like Ortiz, sorry. Ortiz has good speed and power, but I don't see much else. He's VERY hittable, and Floyd will literally pepper him with shots, again and again. He's nowhere near good enough to consistently land on someone as slick as Floyd, either. Not interested in this fight.

agree...he could be fighting Spadafora. Spady confirmed, somebody from Floyd's camp inquired his availability.
