Lets give Proksa respect

Sorry i had to agree with the referees stoppage this time around. Golovkin doesnt just have big power, he has dangerous power. Proksa for all his heart and determination was completely wasted and out on his feet. The ref lets the fight go on we could have had a bad accident and a waste of a decent talent in Proksa.:good

 

He deserves respect but he needs to realize he is not RJJ and doesnt have 10% of his reflexes so he must put his hands up if he wants to fight on a top level!!!

was saying in another thread that he should get credit for taking this fight, and balances out the duckers like n'dam/sturm, in his division.

would expect to see proksa take on sturm soon, back in germany. fight sells itself over there. if, sturm doesnt retire or gets a rematch vs geale.

 

He was going to go out in a coffin if the ref hadn't stopped that. He was practically defenceless and getting hit by monster shots leading up to the stoppage. What precisely would have been the point in letting it continue? I mean, from Proksa's POV?

 

LOL Proksa collapsed on the floor face down. The ref stopped this just at the right time.

 

Mad respect to the guy who took a fight knowing he was getting starched then taking those shots and getting right back up.
