Seriously when the fight was made, I was like most everyone else, disappointed it went to PPV. But that's the business. Fortunately, this undercard is so damn loaded that this is pretty much must see, in my opinion. Great night of boxing and GBP should get some credit. Hopefully if they beat their own projections, we can see more of these cards.
It is what it is... Put a LATIN fighter on PPV and it will sell. Check the top buys all-time Most include at least one latino. (HW's excluded of course) It suck's but they milk the **** out of us. (Yes, I purchased this one as well...)
he only thing that sucks is the price and main event, 50 is a lot of money for any single event and honestly i really dont care that much about seeing baby bull fight
This card is a bit overrated. It's basically an HBO fight with a bunch of FNF main events on the undercard. Nothing all that revolutionary.
It just doesn't really have the appeal. You could say Diaz had the edge before he got sparked and maybe that would be okay. but he clearly hasn't stepped up his game since then. Paulie outboxed him twice and suddenly he gets another rematch? what has he done to deserve this payday? He doesn't look or sound hungry at all. He's clearly going to retire after this, win or loss, take the LSAT and be done with that. I have no real interest in a fight like that.
yeah mine is similarly priced. it's a good card and all but i think it's just absurdly priced, especially when i'm only really interested in jacobs-pirog.
my cable for an entire month with HBO and Showtime and high speed internet is about $125 this will be half of that for 3 hours of tv..... screw that
its 49.99 for the standard definition but if you have an HD TV then you have to get the HD version of the fight witch is 59.99. its always been like that what are pple surprised for?
