To answer the question no one saw it coming, and I have never seen tremendous will, heart, determination etc. alone do what it has done for Pac. And, I have seen many a fighter with those attributes as have we all (astonishing for them to be even be gate keepers) but...somehow Manny doesn't deserve to be questioned even after having ducked a would be mutual PED test for a fight he himself most wanted and the biggest fight ever. *******ia is an amazing place where I'm pretty sure objects fall up, cats bark, and what's bad is good. Manny did the improbable by improving by leaps and bounds at the professional level...cool, fine, possible and you even have the Jordan reference for back up. Problem is, that's not what I complaining about, it's the fact that he did these things and in combination ducked a PED test for a fight he had every incentive to take. Keeping with the Jordan analogy let's put it like this, imagine an NBA with limited testing, that's played one on one, the right to refuse more stringent testing and matches. Jordan is a superstar with only one person to challenge his dominance, this person is willing to play him but wants more stringent testing, Jordan refuses and never plays him. Now, can you picture a world where Jordan is not questioned by the masses??

Two observations for you, one, which part of the PED test did he take? And if you can't follow that, how is it still trustworthy test when you're ducking the most important part of the test which is the testing closer to the fight?

 

Manny and Floyd settled out of court. The court never told anyone to do anything. Manny agreed to withdraw his lawsuit when the Mayweathers paid him a vast sum of money. An amount that Pacquiao's lawyers said was way more than they expected to get. This was a civil court action. The court did not rule anything and allowed the parties to withdraw their lawsuits.

OJ's was a criminal court action, which in entirely different. Anyway, after OJ was not convicted in criminal court, OJ did lose a civil court action brought by the relatives of the victims.

Instead of wasting so much time being a boxing expert, which is obviously not working out for you, why don't you spend some time familiarizing yourself with the legal system you also know nothing about.


Anyway, obviously none of you has ever heard of Pac D Best, who predicted Manny's entire career on this site from the beginning, and was banned by butthurt mods.

The Mayweathers were not forced to do anything. They had a choice. They could have proceeded with the case, gone to trial, and proven that Manny was a drug cheat like they said he was. They could have introduced all their evidence, like film of the Cotto fight, the formula for Alex Ariza's shakes and measurements of Manny's head.
